Opening Discussion / Debate on Immigration Law

Open discussion, keep statements to "I feel that..." or "I believe that..." or "My opinion is..." and do not resort to insults, just sharing of our points of view so that we can all be heard.
What do you feel should be the immigration policy, what should be the enforcement or other methods of dealing with immigration that isn't under our laws, and what are the pros and cons for all those involved?
